Canyoneering Requirements

• Participants must be at least 4 years old, at least 3 feet tall (91.44 cm), physically and medically fit
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Footwear – any non-slip footwear (we can provide if you don’t have)
  • Sneakers, Running Shoes, Thick Aqua Shoes and Trekking Sandals are ideal
  • Flip-Flops are not allowed
• This is not recommended to anyone with impaired physical mobility, medical condition such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.

     Cancellation Policy

• DJ Explore Travel & Tours does not issue a REFUND for cancellation to those who paid the full amount or 50% down payment for the activity.
• DJ Explore Travel & Tours does NOT issue a refund to those who choose to pay at least 50% for downpayment.
• Used Vehicle is Non-Refundable
• No Sighting of the Whale Sharks is non-refundable

Child Policy

• 4 years old and above – Same Price as Adult and Can join the Canyoneering
• 3 years old – Less ₱1,000 Cannot join the Canyoneering. Shall go directly to Kawasan Falls together with a parent/guardian and guide
• Below 3 years old – Free of Charge but Not included in the headcount

     Payment

• To book this tour, the guest will pay through Gcash and Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer through RCBC.
• Guests can choose to pay the full price or 50% downpayment/deposit and pay the remaining balance upon arrival.
